Our facility features multiple battery PACK assembly lines. Key processes including cell loading, OCV testing, module stacking, laser welding, air tightness testing, and PACK EOL testing are all performed with reliable equipment. Material flow is managed manually, while internationally renowned brand equipment and high-precision inspection instruments are used at each testing station to ensure process accuracy and quality stability.
Each batch of cells undergoes strict visual inspection, voltage/internal resistance testing, and capacity grading to ensure consistent performance within the same module. We Only use A Grade cells, 8000+ deep cycles
Laser welding delivers high weld strength (controllable penetration & dense nugget), a small HAZ (minimal thermal impact), and minimal distortion (non-contact, high-speed). After welding, We 100% non-destructively pull-test each weld point: a dedicated fixture applies a standard upward force to verify weld strength.
Modules are placed into the enclosure, the BMS is installed, Series and parallel connection completed, and the enclosure cover is sealed.
Each PACK must pass insulation/withstand voltage testing, air tightness testing, and EOL testing before leaving the factory, ensuring electrical safety, protection rating, and functional integrity.
