Our facility features multiple fully automated battery PACK assembly lines, utilizing a high-precision Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for digital process control across the entire workflow. Key processes such as cell loading, OCV testing, module stacking, laser welding, air tightness testing, and PACK end-of-line (EOL) testing are all automated. The lines use AGVs for intelligent material flow, with internationally renowned brand equipment and high-precision inspection instruments at each testing station, ensuring process accuracy and quality stability at every step.
